How long will it take to receive my Fuelman cards?

Once you have set-up your Fuelman account, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to receive your Fuelman Fleet Cards.

Can I call someone about setting up my account?

Call 1-800-FUELMAN (383-5626) to speak directly with a Fuelman sales representative.

Will the cards be linked to a driver or a vehicle?

Fuelman utilize vehicle cards with system generated Driver IDs, consolidating the expenses by vehicle while tracking activity by driver.

What are the billing terms?

Fuelman offers flexible billings terms right for any business. We individually review each customer’s needs to determine the appropriate spend limits and terms.

How long will it take to process my application?

It takes approximately 7 to 10 business days to process an application and receive cards.

How can I check on my application status?

To check the status of an application, call 1-800-FUELMAN (383-5626) to speak with a Fuelman sales representative, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Will I be notified if I am approved?

Yes, approved applicants will be contacted via email or by a Fuelman sales representative to establish the account and gather vehicle information for ordering the Fuelman Fleet Cards needed for their business.

Reporting

What type of reporting will I receive?

Fuelman offers a variety of fleet management reports showing all account activity, including summary reports, employee exception reports, and vehicle reports. Some programs include excise tax and IFTA standard reports to assist you with tax filing.

Can I see daily/weekly driver transactions?

Fuelman offers an array of reporting packages, including an online, real-time reporting tool where you can view transactions at anytime. You can receive alerts for purchase exceptions with Fuelman programs.

What type of products can I purchase with my card?

Fuelman Fleet Fuel Management Programs are the only cards you and your drivers need for fuel and maintenance purchases.
