Q. What type of products can I purchase with my card?
A. Fuelman Fleet Fuel Management Programs are the only cards you and your drivers need for fuel and maintenance purchases. Some Fuelman programs offer Merchant Category Code level spending controls, so you can give different functional groups varied levels of purchasing capability (e.g. one card with spending flexibility for travel and expenses and another card that is authorized only for fuel at service stations-MasterCard® purchases only, subject to credit approval).
Q. I want to see my driver’s transactions every day/week – can I do this?
A. Fuelman offers an array of reporting packages, including an online, real-time reporting tool where you can view transactions at anytime. You can receive alerts for purchase exceptions with some Fuelman programs.
Q. What are your fees?
A. Fuelman has various card solutions, most without any set-up, transaction or card fees. Based upon your company's purchase and reporting needs, card fees may apply to card solutions that include special reporting or payment needs. Q. Will the cards be linked to a driver or a vehicle?
A. Some programs offer the option for driver or vehicle cards with a personally selected ID entered to authorize the card for purchases. Other programs utilize vehicle cards with system generated Driver IDs, consolidating the expenses by vehicle while tracking activity by driver.
Q. How will I see my savings?
A. Fuelman customers report an average savings between 10 and 15% upon initially implementing a Fuelman fuel management solution. Savings come from: - Controlling where and how spend is done
